Jérémy Fichon, known as “Jeremy Underground” is a renowned record collector, crate-digger and DJ. He is the founder of “My Love Is Underground”, a label that has been responsible for the House revival in Europe lately.

Pascal Rioux has worn many hats in the music industry over the past 20 years: Founder of Favorite Recordings, Rotax Disques, Stix, and EDR Records labels, he’s also started The Pusher Distribution in the late 90s, building a strong independent worldwide distribution network for a solid list of labels in various genres.

When those two House music lovers met up in 2013 they immediately got together, sharing a common longtime idea of bringing their favorite House & Deep-House underground classics back onto the wax format. The result was a compilation called My Love Is Underground, made of 12 rare, underrated or unknown tunes from the golden days of House music, finely picked by Jeremy in his collection!

Released in 2013, the album reached a strong success, and received great feedbacks from International media such as Resident Advisor (Best Comp Reissue of the Year), The Vinyl Factory or DJ Mag to name just a few.

Building on that success and that genuine love for House music’ genres, Favorite Recordings and Jeremy Underground naturally decided to give a 2nd volume to this project, and are very proud and excited to present it to you today.
